Yoga Class Schedule

It's finally here: Yoga Classes!

Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, this Sampoorna Yoga class is designed to
benefit everyone with a combination of Relaxation, Meditation, Breathing, and Yoga Poses/Stretches, helping you to Reconnect with a more peaceful Inner Self.

Current Yoga Instructors are Mandy King and Donna Whitton. Mandy first started her career as a Massage Therapist over 7 years ago and Donna for over 11 years - and still practice today - giving them both a firm foundation of knowledge regarding the body, muscles, and movement that they draw on while assisting their students during the class.

All you need is loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and bend, a yoga mat for some of the poses and relaxation, and $10 to cover the class fee.
